Fuelless is a mobile application developed by a Greek based company, EMISIA S.A.
EMISIA S.A. is an environmental studies and software development oriented spin off company. It’s latest product the Fuelless app is a downloadable in a mobile device application that interacts with the driver and monitors the fuel consumption in your driving cycle. It’s mission is to enable a smarter, more cost efficient driving experience for everyone in any vehicle. In this policy we detail what data we collect, how we use it, and what we do to protect it.
About This Policy
“Personal Information,” as used in this Policy, is information that specifically identifies an individual, such as an individual’s name and e-mail address. Personal Information also includes information about an individual’s activities, such as information about his or her activity on our Services, location information and geographic area and preferences.

If you contact us by any means (email, contact forms, postal mail), we may receive Personal Information about you, such as your email address, phone number, account data, or other information. We use this information to provide you support and to improve our Services.
Information We Collect When You Use Our Services
We collect the location of your mobile device, including trip route information. This data is collected only when the application is running. This data is used to enable a variety of features. For example, automatically launching when you start driving, display how far you drove, and visualizations of your driving routes. The scope of this collection is to estimate the fuel consumption according to your driving habits and help you make better adjustments to the way you drive so you can save fuel and money. To determine location we use various location services on your device such as IP address, GPS, Wifi, and cell towers.
Usage and Log Information
We collect information about your activity on our Services, such as service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about how you use our Services the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. We use this usage information to constantly improve our Services and to provide customer support.
How We Use Information
We use the information we have to:
- Improve, operate, expand, and maintain our Services and related systems;
- Measure and analyze how our Services are used;
- Communicate with you, either directly or through a partner, including for marketing and promotional purposes;
- Prevent fraud, violations of our License Agreement, or applicable laws;
